i keep getting an error report coming up it says C:/windows\system32\AVGRSSTX,DLL is either not designed to run on windows or contains an error try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. i know nothing about computers please could you advise me. i have done a malare scan and it got rid of 31 infections but its still popping up

Hi, Did you have AVG installed by any chance? If so it might be damaged or imporperly installed. You can uninstall and reinstall it if you wish. Alternatively you could uninstall AVG and install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place which is free to use and a pretty good virus scanner in my experience.
